love of writers and a passion for reading.​

Outside of real estate, Jeff is deeply involved in his community, serving as a proud Scouter and Civilian Instructor for the local Scout Group and Cadet Corp. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a licensed electrician and additional certification as an infrared thermographer, Geoff brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every inspection.
He understands that buying a home is one of the largest investments most people will make. Geoff is committed to helping clients make informed decisions by thoroughly evaluating the condition of a property before they purchase. After the inspection, Geoff will personally review all findings with his clients, explaining what constitutes major issues and what is simply typical wear and tear.
